How many free samples can I request for my pet?
Can I request a different sample from what my veterinarian recommended?
Yes! Feel free to choose a product you would like to try based on your pet’s unique health and wellness needs.
Which products are available for free samples?
All 30-count supplements, select ear care products and select medicated topicals.
What if I live outside of the United States?
At this time, free samples are only available for United States residents.
How long does it take for the supplements to work?
Supplements should be given daily, and the quantity should be based on your pet’s body weight (see packaging instructions). If supplements are given as recommended, results are possible within the first 3-5 weeks of use.
How often should I use the medicated topicals on my pet?
Medicated topicals should be used on an as-needed basis. Generally, topicals can be applied to affected areas 1-3 times per day, after playing outdoors, or as directed by your veterinarian. If you’re unsure about how often a product should be applied, refer to the instructions on your product’s packaging for best results.
What is the difference between ear drops and flushes? How often should I use them on my pet?
The intended use of medicated ear drops is to treat ear infections or seasonal allergy-related irritation on an as-needed basis. Flushes and wipes are recommended for routine grooming/cleaning of the ear. When using the ear flush as directed by your veterinarian, or when following the directions on the label, ear infections tend to resolve within 1-2 weeks.
Do I need to cover any costs to receive my sample?
Yes. You will be asked to pay for taxes and shipping, but the product itself will be free.
