Free shipping on all retail orders of $30 or more
and $175 or more for wholesale orders!
We offer many shipping options to best suit your needs. All orders placed will be processed within 24-48 hours pending credit card approval during normal business hours Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central time. Orders placed outside of our normal business hours or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Once your order has been processed and your payment has been received your order will be shipped via the delivery method that you selected. Shipping charges and fees are based on weight, location, and type of delivery service. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped we will send you a confirmation email with the shipping and tracking information.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with a Vetnique pet product you purchased from VetniqueLabs.com, Glandex.com or an authorized Amazon.com seller, you may request a full refund of the purchase price of the product OR a replacement product within 3 months of the date of original purchase. If your Vetnique product was purchased elsewhere, please contact that authorized seller directly for a refund in accordance with their return policy.

To submit a Guarantee request, please have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product when you contact us. If your request is approved, you will then need to send us proof of purchase. You must submit your Guarantee request within three (3) months of the date of original purchase. The Guarantee is limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
Please note that we reserve the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, require you to return your product to us, and to deny Satisfaction Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if the purchaser has abused the Satisfaction Guarantee.
