The first step is signing up for VetPass. Once approved, clinics can select initial Vetnique samples and marketing materials for their VetPass welcome kit. Each month thereafter, you will be prompted to select up to 20 free samples for your clinic per month. Your patients can request a 2nd free sample by scanning the QR code on the marketing materials you receive, or from the QR sticker on physical clinic samples.

How does VetPass work?
How long will it take my clinic to get approved? When will I start receiving samples?
Once you sign up, our team will validate your clinic and reach out within one week. After your account has been confirmed you’ll be an official VetPass member! Once you complete and submit your sample request, please allow 3-5 business days for us to ship your package.
Who are the samples intended for?
The samples are intended to be shared with pet parents who visit your clinic, who have pets that you think could benefit from our products.
Can multiple vets from the same clinic register for VetPass?
Each clinic is allowed one VetPass membership, regardless of how many veterinarians are requesting samples. If another staff member or veterinarian from your clinic has already registered, you do not need to register again.
What if I’m not the clinic owner?
You can still sign up for our VetPass program, even if you aren’t the clinic owner. Alternatively, you can send the form to your clinic owner to complete.
What if I want more than 20 samples per month, or additional marketing materials?
Our team at Vetnique is happy to supply additional marketing materials by request at vetpass@vetnique.com. At this time, the maximum number of samples supplied by Vetnique is 20 free samples per month, per clinic.
Is there a cost associated with VetPass?
No. VetPass is free! All you need to do is sign up, have your vet clinic validated by our team, and order your monthly samples.
